Return, Refund, and Cancellation policy of GiftPostman
To ensure customer satisfaction, GiftPostman follow a strict well defined Return/Refund/cancellation policy. We take strict measures to ensure that the products ordered by our customers are delivered to them on time, in perfect condition. While dealing with some perishable products, there may be chances that our customers are not satisfied with the gift or the delivery process. If in case anything like that happens, our customers can contact us without any hesitation. We will always listen and solve the issue as immediately as possible. However, if the customer still found the product unsatisfactory, in that case we follow a safe Return/Refund/cancellation policy as described below.
To cancel the order of a product in GiftPostman
It is unable to make changes or cancel the product that are processed or delivered. But if the order is in the processing state, you are allowed to make changes in the order or cancel the order.
The customers are entitled to get full refund if he/she cancels the order within one day before the delivery date. The customers can come up with a complaint if anything goes wrong with the order delivery or the quality of the product. If we get any complaint regarding the quality of the product, we will enquire about the same and if the product found to be defective or damaged, then do not worry. We will take care of everything. You will get full refund or you are entitled to replace the order if you want. If you have any complaints regarding our service you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Once the refund is credited, it will take almost 5-7 days to credit the amount back in your account.
According to GiftPostman’s return policy, no returns are allowed and also if institutions like colleges or other organisations refuses to accept the gift we shall consider it as the denial by the recipient and the product will not be accepted back in any conditions.
Cancellation of the order can be done within 24 hours after the order placed. Return of the products can be requested within 48 hours after receiving the order. and refund will be done through online mode in 5-7 working days.
